It gives me immense pleasure to address you as the Principal of this special Model Degree College located at very far off place i.e. Padder of District Kishtwar. Since its inception in 2018 the college has been striving for maintaining academic standards and excellence in the field of education. We are committed to provide every facility and opportunity to our students so that they could excel in their future.

The college is at present offering only Arts streams and soon going to introduce Science Stream. All the under graduate programs of the college are following C.B.C.S. curriculum as envisaged by University of Jammu, Jammu.

We have dedicated team of faculty striving hard to provide the students with latest knowledge and skills so that they can compete in today’s competitive world. The college is presently running in make shift arrangement building in Govt. Middle School Atholi. The college building is under construction composed of separate Girls Hostel, Boys Hostel and Administrative Block with all facilities like Library, Laboratories, Staff room and Girls common room etc. The environment of college is congenial for learning and it is up to the students to take full advantage of the opportunities.

I welcome the students of this area to this institute and it will be our endeavour to make their experiences very enriching and memorable.
